I'm not sure about that MoD setup. The MoD has no splash gain from Juggernaut which leave 60 extra damage to his existing 25-50 damage. The question is does this have a negative effect on any of the blocks he is used for ? The fact that you are investing 3 books in this skill indicates you not just using it as a filler skill. If a player is using MoD's to block would they not be better off investing 2 Books in First Aid so as to allow the Tomes to be placed in Navigation.
Obviously if your just using MoD's as sac/attack gens then the problem does not arise.

Maybe but the extra damage is little and you need to sim most blocking using MoD so I don't see an issue. I do use MoD a lot as a LS gen and this the main reason for that skill. Just means he can hit the closest camp on vlt.

HMM idk im using alot more books for tavern, saw yours and see only 9 books hmm, most of us using taverns for first wave and blocks.Idk why u didnt put some books on Just a Flesh Wound-Reduces the general's recovery time by 15/30/45%. Important skill for tavern general or u want to wait again 4hr for recovery time like before?Also sniper training and rapid fire helps with first wave bows or lbs with tavern

I very rarely use taverns for anything but blocks so no use as 1st wave attackers. I use them as first wave on BLT as there are so many that are not in a block. Not a fan of longbows but yeah I can see rapid firing being useful. Don't use bows in blocks so np there.

Off the top of my head I can only think of 1 guide which has a single block which uses bows, but if your running that adv you probably know enough to re-jig the block so as to not need bows.
