Generals should move and build/tear down faster

It is very annoying to wait for generals to tear Down garnision, walk very slowly and build up garnision all very slowly.
I would suggest that generals should be able to tear Down, move/transfer and build garnision in a few seconds - the current speed is just annoying - and has no value to anyone at all!!
Same situation on Adventures, where loot spotters often have to walk very far, to get a kill. It would be much better to be able to move close to the camp, which I want to attack (fast) - and attack in a few minutes.

As fast as the PvP gens would be nice, but not a big issue imo ;)

I don't see a problem. You'd still be bottlenecked by your island.

Are you thinking marching time or travelling time ?
There are guides which are about 40% faster than yours for a fast BK.
We have already reached the point for BK where the problem of how fast we can train troops in the barracks places a limit on how fast we can run bk, not how fast we can actually do the adventure.
