Whilst I have often been critical of the spurious stories that usually accompany in-game gestures of goodwill from Blue Byte after unexpected outages and other errors with the game, I would like to express my appreciation for the above message that arrived in my inbox yesterday for striking a nice balance between in-game flavour and being informative as to the real-world reason for the gesture.
