Can anyone tell me, if I repeat an adventure I have previously played, will I receive the same amount of experience points? How about the same rewards? Does it make any difference if I won or lost the adventure the first time?

It makes no difference. You only get xp based on what you kill in the adventure. Rewards are chosen at random from a list but they should all be similar. You get a full set if you win, and nothing if you lose :)
