Mayor House Improvement

Hi,

I did a quick search but didn't see this brought up yet, but I wouldn't mind seeing an overhaul to the way Mayor House buff collection tab works. As it is now, it's very cumbersome to make buffs in the Mayor House. Instead I would suggest for BB to update the tab to allow for sliders (like the Provision House/Rarity Provision, Barrack and other buildings similar to those work...) so we can set it to make more than one buff at a time.

Or if it's too difficult to code, move the collection tab out of the Mayor House and into the normal Provision House.
