These are buffs that enhance settler arrival to your mayors house (makes faster settlers)
us old players cannot delete them...
you new players can make use of them; so when you are able to trade, put an offer of a fish up for the cheese sandwich buff and I guarantee a lot of us will accept the trade :)
We cant delete them so you may as well make use of them...
