A thought for Star Menu redesign!

Improvements could be made on separating explorers/geologists/etc. from the star menu, making it stay open with a 'pin', or to make buffs and resources stackable inside it, but here's what I desire the most - a simple little button in the Star Menu that would allocate all the resources to my general storage

It doesn't have to be intrusive or replace anything, since some people like clicking and are very proficient at doing so all day long. For me, this would just save up a lot of time and effort, especially when I'm playing TSO on a slower connection/system where moving around the world lags a bit and opening the star menu with a noticeable delay isn't all that fun, when I have to do that 20 or more times in a row! You get my point.

Personally I don't mind the idea of cheating the storage system by having a separate infinite place holder, but since it all goes there automatically, whether it be loot I've gathered from a quest or some odd 20 treasure that my explorers bring me every day, it can cram up fast and I would just like to make them usable much faster by adding them all to my 'real' storage. Click-click-click-click-click-click-click... Ugh! This is not why I enjoy this game! :mad:

I like to think that TSO is a smart game, where most important aspect of the game is about balancing and increasing the production, trading with other settlers and to have plenty of adventures to boost your economy. We have plenty of cow clickers to develop carpal tunnel syndrome from, so lets not let TSO be one of them. One click to replace a thousand!

Also, the Merchant menu allready operates quite well, when we make multiple purchases from it.. even implementing just that 'multiple selections before closing' to the star menu would do away with a lot of excessive clicking. Open the Star Menu once > navigate to resources tab > make selections on what you want to add to your storage (clicking on items will make them pop-out) > upon closing the Star Menu everything gets added to the Mayors House (no matter what part of the island you're currently watching at).

A simple design is a smart one! :cool:

This suggestion has been made before, more than once. Some people even posted pictures of what they would like to see. For the same suggestions to keep appearing on the forum, there must be good reason and hopefully BB can find time to improve the game.

Someone also usually mentions this every week as well as a suggestion.

I would like the idea of being able to select a certain amount of specialists by putting a tick in each of there boxes then sending them to do the same task, sending out 16 geo one at a time for iron is a pain, same with explorers, I don't even bother sending them now as it makes my arm ache, sending all at once would be so much better
