Started when the new Ubi login option arrived. Solutions? Has cleared cache, tried different browsers etc.
All suggestions appreciated so I can pass them along.

I had the same issue yesterday but it simply cleared later in the day
That white window can happen if you have its content blocked by addons or domain restrictions

Not me but will pass suggestion along on email
i tried several browsers even safari, they all work
He finally got on. Issue oddly arose after did clear cache as had an issue placing sunflower field. Ended up factory resetting laptop.
