Have been Level 50 for a long time and while still collecting coins on some adventures the counter is not changing and this quest will not finish or count new coin collections.

I think it works for both - people who are lvl 50 and those striving to get there - great to hear of an adventure where co-operation within your guild has a definite advantage to everyone.
