In truly bad form, I'll follow up from my own post.

I've read back a little and a few things stick out:
on Sandycove I think there are maybe 5-6 truly active guilds (in that I mean close to 100...

So, I don't often post, I do occasionally pop-up in chat .. but rarely, I'm one of the lurker types -- I'm even a bit overly lurker-ish within guild -- so I doubt my views will ever carry much weight...

Same issue, recycler is locked - and it seems that anything 'desirable' is ALWAYS locked .. makes me feel like voting is simply a waste of my time.

I'll add a little to this.

I'm new - very new - to the game... I've been playing about a month... I started playing because of the Anniversay edn' of the regular Settlers... but thats not that...
