This should be a well known issue. It has been so for years with several buildings. Extremely annoying for players, but it doesn't seem to bother the developers, so it's ok, I guess :D

In S4 there was a button in the Building menu that led to the next building of the same type. It was very helpful.

I have bin logged in since maintenance ended. After an hour AFK, the green dots where gone, so tried to relog. Now I have connection failed too.
