I would recommend everyone try to buy the mill for presents, if u got the one with stalks you'll know the other alternatives to get one is 10k gems or 24k obsidian ore

Log out for 15-20 mins will sort it, this is a well known bug, if u check your help tab in chat its full of ppl asking about it especially on the 1st day of an event.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, having 3 candid scouts is huge advantage in events, not sure BB would allow another so soon, and if they did they would have to up the limit in merchant too.
