Had a strange think on BK, but reading this maybe the same issue, had Major in the star but units were still assigned to it. (no screenshot however still keep a closer eye / print screen after update)

I agree, back to normal for me too
Looks like this is in hand, but another image, and also to confirm they were added to star after ticking.

Looks like a good update, the part use of stacks is an excellent idea.
