im talking about people who collect all collectibles (me also) and probably will collect all collectibles from all spawns and there is still quite big chance that you will be not able to finish...

ofc u can get gingerbread with gems... see hoverbox on "basket with presents" button in mayor house (collections tab) and there stands (if you have not enough gingerbread, etc) "buy the remaining...

There are 3 achievements about "baskets of presents" (for 1, 2 and 5 baskets - together you need 125 bells, 125 canes and 125 gingerbread). You can finish them in mayor house either by collectibles...
