How can I see which guildmembers are online?

Good day,

I find the anti-spam measure VERY annoying in guildchat.
Guildmembers really won't spam eachother.. or we just kick them out.

Please change this.

I have 4 mines and 4 masons, but only 3 mines are occupied. I sometimes see one enter a mine where somebody already is working and the guy just dissapears.
