I have completed this week's tasks, and collected the rewards. Now to finish and get the week's bonuses the tick is greyed out.

Yup checked spam email and nope no email. Followed the guide to the letter.

I am on a Mac and used Parallels 16 with Windows 10. Works. bit clunky logging in, but hey it works, slow login tho.

That will only allow the VM. You then have to download a Windows OS.
