Today when I logged in I had +1 licence, with two depleted copper mines, which makes sense mathematically. However I've built two more copper mines and now I'm on 0 building licence.

Pros
a. Stops people posting a trade request and then withdrawing it.

b. A trade-setter might only have enough resources to fulfil one trade. Is the trade automatically...
For all day yesterday and continuing today I've had -1 building licence.
If you buff a friend's building they get an extra 50% increase in the buff effect.
