Why can´t I change generals.

When I push general, list of generals appear, but frozen and I can´t change to other.

1. 20.12 : 16 canes 0 bells 0 bread 8 x 2
2. 20.12 : 6 canes 4 bells 0 bread 3 + 2 x2
3. 21.12 : 8 canes 0 bells 0 bread 4 x 2
4. 21.12 : 4 canes 8 bells 4...

Proof that problem not solved.

Time and date down in the right corner on picture.

When I move up an order, it returns to bottom again after leaving game.

When I return to Rarity prov. the order moved down and shows that it

tried to activate, but failed to execute order.
