fertilizer buffs are not refills, they are buffs to bring a depleted cemetery back to life. Refills are only available in the TO and in adv loot

Also if you are talking about the new expansion islands have you applied the sector deeds? you need to do this before building the storehouse.

Works for Granite as well (which is great with a 2h 48m search time), I sent the Geo when the deposit is down to 64 and they come back around 5 minutes after the deposit depletes.
