No such hassle needed, just send anyone your excess eg. 500k bread for a price of 500k grout. Everybody will decline. And if they don't... even better :-)

I had same issue yes, first explorers returning ~1h after start with no eggs, others a few hours later did bring eggs. So has nothing to do with logged out or not, I was logged in during start.

The amount you get on completing task depends on your player level and the difficulty classification of the quest.
The amount you get from guild depends on percentage that completed yes, but also on...

He probably wants the quest to auto-complete, but that needs other changes besides being able to pay upfront.
