If i attempt to look at / add info it just gives a 404 error

If i go to my profile on the game and click migrate, then go to the login...

I have been trying to migrate for months - either no reply or my ticket is deleted and i get an error following the link. I followed the migration path described but it STILL wont link my accounts....

The Bonaberti quest line has disappeared from my quest line, and I did Bonaberti Business earlier today and received none of the 1.5 million xp that I gained. Please help and restore!

Had a reply from support - they are aware but there is no fix yet - say log out for 20 mins and refresh at least 5 or 6 times. I have to do more than that every day as the game freezes/throws me...

Lost the addie yesterday when had to refresh. It *says* it will return by email but nothing yet and I can't finish the quest chain without it! Logged out overnight and still not appeared. Help...
