Seems that I was also affected from game loading bug but...

Several weeks have gone and NOTHING has happened.
Tickets have been closed without any resolution.

Seems that placement of those Shard Mines was done without checking possible removal of mountains, rocks and rubble.
If those are not removed then placement is good as nothing can be built to...

Yes, following that guide Firefox gets reset. Game works again. So problem was with FF, not game.
