As it is now, you have to pay gems to reset the entire skill tree of your geologist or explorer. I suggest that we get an option to reset the trees in parts, from the highest to the lowes.

Maybe if you could only build things that doesn't require a licence? You could, for eg. rebuild fields and wells, and find new deposits (marble comes to mind...) but not build mines etc.

The walking time is 18 flags = 60s if I'm correct, so 100s is enough. It is quite tight though, so yes, the block with elites is safer.
