Peck_ed, explain me please, what the "100% target" really means in terms of number of ballons, ballon quests, active players on server.

Assuming you are right (I believe you are, unless BB interfere), do you see all the frustration from ALL the servers/players when they realize lost resources for nothing (expect "fun")???
well, it seems after first day that even polish and german servers will not reach "100%"...pathetic 3% in 12 hours out of 4 days...
The target of the event is quite clear: take all resources you have for some cheap reward in a big rat race....donation of ballons and all the explanation is just bla, bla, bla...no clear rules, no...

When I send generals they land in SW sector. I can transfer them to SE or NE landing sectors, BUT they CAN NOT find route to NW sector!
