I think an improvement to the tutorial would be to just make it VERY clear you CAN build buildings while other bits are completing and you NEED to build at least 3/4 of certain builds..

Is it possible to have a timer window near the building que that features time to completion of things like Buffs created and Geos/Explorers/etc survey completions on hand instead of having to go...
