Read the press. There's been a large exodus of devs and other staff. Lots of vacancies. Those that are left are inexperienced or unable to handle the increased workload

Christmas market lvl4 won't activate, just hangs.
Had 2 complete freezes needing reboots each time.
Error message on returning explorers saying can't add to store as full
May as well give up....
In case anyone else gets hit by this, seems the only fix is to wait until the "server daily check" happens, which in my case was 18h after the initial server zone crash.

After clicking the play game button it begins to load as normal and then just before completing, progress bar at 95%, an error box pops up:

Bug verified, support supposedly working on it and one month later, still not fixed. That's very poor.

Far better to fix the problem.
My guess is all collectibles have accidentally been set to fixed spawning
Tested and verified by noting the position of a collectible in daily "collect all" task, applying Fairy Dust and the collectible not being repositioned.
