Game still freezes for me and I lose chat. After clearing cache, restarting my machine it works for a time till I have to do it again.
I now cannot log into the game as it comes up file loading...

I agree with Bluesavanah, limiting the chat to level 5 is pointless on Sandycove. Since I am fairly new myself being able to whisper or chat to people was invaluable and I found nothing but friendly...
