Sounds like a nice idea. Could also be implemented so that it returns some troops lost on combat with a delay. The amount of troops recoverer and/or delay could be based on level.

As the member limit has now been increased to maximum we are happy to announce that you no longer need to gift 400 gc or guild certificate! :)

Don't know about Victor but I got a "lose less than 500 recruits on dark priests" completed with a lootspot when the combined losses were less than 300. (The main player was doing the next quest)

Did you read the first post? The colour codes used by Tage are there. If you don't have the troops/generals for an attack there is usually another option to choose.

You can contact support directly from the homepage "help/support" or ingame from the menu that opens below your avatar (can't give any more precise instructions as the game is down). I think...

One correction though: The text on G3 for BHG tells to send two attacks to camp 18 when other should be 19 I think.
