Mine did .. well they died but did not get deducted from military total so game now cannot work .. I have reported it to Support ..

Hi Everyone ..

My total military is about 200 higher than it actually is.

This has happened since I left the WOTS adventure
So no new settlers arrive and i cannot use the troops as they do...
