the big problem is guides so some skills will affext them a lot !! so the short the travle time from a zone to another is the only one who can't affect them if there is any other skills we should...

i propose that generals get a skills tree specially the skill of travlin from a zone to another that shortens the time for normal generals and for BHG and other fast gens to learn some good skills...
