sparkles showing building is buffed on own island or by a friend ?

another problem.
While helping a friend by buffing , no icons showing on their building so no idea what is off or on.

No buffs showing on their buildings while you biff so no idea what you have...

Ghost lantern (Halloween event)
Celebrative lookout (anniversary event)

could these items be upgradable with event...
