UPDATE: now delayed until 1400 gmt - which gives them 9 more minutes... I don't understand why they couldn't have updated that 20 mins ago.
Looking for a guild here - one thats active, uses guild chat, etc. In the one im in now, i seem to be the only one thats put anything in guild chat for nearly a week :/
