This isn't the first time you mistake your own fantasy/opinion for a fact.
It may come as a surprice, but there are enought players out there who CAN manage a balanced economy without buying all...
I think you should read your own post again. New players CAN get the extra buildings and are not limited in buying only two(?) of each. You want to give new players the chance to buy the extra 18...
Each recycler will roughly replace a cooker, 1.5 cutter and 2 planters. 20 recyclers will reduce the need for licences with 90 and will give a total of 70 extra building spots.

This happened yesterday and rerunning the sim after I posted it came up with 285MS/losses 195 MS. Maybe I changed the camp and forgot to simulate.
