Ares down again for several players

I see on the landing page the log in issues have been resolved. Ha now I cannot log in. I can get as far as a glimpse of my avatar and see my friends avatar on page then the connection drops and I get the fellow and his hammer.



I have tried all the steps to no avail.

Sent a ticket to cipsoft........

Tried to log into Ares this morning and again no luck..it's now been 48 hrs since I have been able to log into Ares. Have filed trouble reports and not a word from CipSoft. Can log into Newfoundland ok so not my computer. Have logged out/in, removed game and reinstalled, cleared history, rebooted computer....nothing. And not a word from CipSoft. I know its still BB that need to fix this but CipSoft has lost a lot of credibility with me but not responding to trouble report or posting comments here.....

how can you remove the game and reinstal it - it is a browser game. What exactly are you removing? I have had no problem with Ares this event. Maybe try a different browser.

Sandycove down too (it was ~ half hour).... exactly after I started the Starchart.... event really bad when nearly all morning it is laggy and if the servers are down...

YEAP CRASHING ALL DAY long. Wish I HAD NOT BOUGHT DIAMONDS A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO. WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK!
PLAYED THE GAME 10 YEARS AGO IT WAS GREAT BUT NOW ITS A MESS COMPLETE MESS EVERYTHING IS SLOW NOTHING NEW EXCEPT THE CRASHING.

again and again the game keeps crashing. it seems there are a lot of people are having the same problem. sounds like you need to upgrade your server.
i like the game i played it 10 years ago. never crashed like this.
really lets get this fixed
