    Level Jumping

    Hello folks...

we made a special day for some new members in our Guild and arranged a small loot spot party...

... well we have a member who has gotten lucky by getting a little wedding from his vlt ls. After he finally finished the quest baking that cake he jumped from level 25 to 34 in total!

    Some details:
He did get the usual message for levelling up from 25 to level 26 (with completing the cake) telling him what resources he gets and which buildings he is able to build now or what other features are available now.
Then came the rest of the 40k XP... jumping him from 26 to 34 but only showing him the message for reaching level 34.

In all the euphoria he did not have a closer look at his resources before the jump. Now confusion is if resources have been rewarded correctly as some levels were not done one by one.

At the moment we assume that the Quests are activating correctly and that all features he should be able to use are activated. But we don’t know if the resources and building licenses he should have received have been received. Has anyone experienced something like this or have any ideas what happened or if BB has foreseen a case like this?

We give lootspots for free all the time in the guild so lower levels often end up with vlt etc loots. As you say above this means they get weddings, pandas and even coins in the loot and when these are done booom they fly up the levels. Too late to do it now but tbh BB should have placed a lower level cap on these mini quests just like they do on adventures. Sure they could still get the mini quests but, just like slt or blt do these minis should be locked until they reach the right level, maybe the level at which they can start fairy tale adventures for themselves.

Thank you OP, this is exactly the sort of thing that we are not all considering.

For levels 26 to 33 inclusive the rewards would include 1200 gold coin , 1000 gems, and 10 building licences.
I would have thought that these sums would normally be enough to really stand out for a level 25 who has made a sudden leap to 34. Perhaps if your member double checks he may see the answer to your post. But I certainly think we all need to know the answer to this.

This thread is the exact reason why they shouldnt.

Considering the exp requirements for higher levels, the game needs some kind of catch-up mechanism if it is ever to have any new players, because noone can realistically assume new players would spend 1-2 years from NOW to build up to a level where they can effectively use the contents of the update from 2 years ago. The entire process needs to speed up.

    ask support!

if they say yes all resources etc will have been gained, then i think this is an awesome boost for lower lvl players. yes they're infrastructure will suffer for a little while, but with that gr8 lvl boost they will soon catch up and will still have 40 lvls or so to sort things out
