Add a friend quest

As this is in the tutorial, why aren't players allowed to add a 'dummy' friend and get told to use the forums for guild recruitment etc. It could all be part of the same quest and would be less tedious for everyone else involved... I had a rl friend for that quest but i imagine it's intimidating for shy people and then that leads to the hated rfr's...

It is an annoying quest that doesn't do what it thinks it does

I often chat in global, and accept all RFR's, purely because I expect them to be from new players that require a friend for the quest. Anyone who never speaks to me, or bugs me for resources, can always be removed from my friends list...
