Chat tab lags/refresh issues have raised the question of some goings-on in G1 - we had a guildie issued a ban due to the zero tolerance on external links rule when it was clearly accidental after he had non-voluntary a refresh of chat.
If the player also loses hours of premium over it, it just adds insult to injury when this happens.
The external links rule is there for a reason, and I personally agree with it, but surely there must be some leeway/difference between an accident and an obvious flouting of rules?
EDIT - by default when youre disconnected you are directed straight into global, perhaps this should be revised to maybe wispa tab instead to prevent any further miscarriages of justice?
