Assign troops to general without need to land him.

As in test server the latest update is added new UI button:

UI: A new button has been implemented in the general/marshal UI to send them back into the star menu

that is nice, but I just want to suggest to be able to Assign Troops while he is in Star Menu, without place general in the land, because the places to put general is so limited currently.

P.S. maybe will be good if you replaced PvP rank button with something to do with this suggestion, like Specialist Center I suggested here
