there is a blank screen when i try to start the game,how do i fix this
When you have problems loading the game, due to a connection failed message, a white screen, the progress bar stopping, only the ocean showing (no land nor buildings) or something in between, go back to the homepage and try if logging out and then logging in again helps you.
