Long connection time

When I connect the first time of the day, it takes a very long time to get to my map. I have to refresh several times the browser to get there.
Any suggestions

Clear out temp internet files, and most importantly flush out Flash's own cache.

How do I clear the Flash cache??

Look for the flash icon in control panel, it's in there.
If not, right click in any flash game, then adjust settings in there. While you are at it, check that cache is set to maximum, and try hardware rendering rather than software.
