Hello,
If this is a new topic for an existing thread, please vote delete and consider this a vote for the original idea.
What I would like to suggest is a small guild quest survey modification.
When a players completes a guild quest, in the members he should be marked somehow, so that guild leader/officers can keep track of completion progress and who to encourage.
1)Change the 'Guild quest' displayed details, by adding a simple 'expand' button(just like for the quest groups). When clicking it, the list of members that currently solved the guild quest is displayed, with name.
2)A new tab, 'Guild Quests' in the "Guild" screen. Resembling the members list, it will display the history of all( or a the last say 20 ) guild quests. By clicking a quest, it will display to the right(just like in the members tab,the right columns will be merged into 1 big section) the members who completed it.
The guild quest list should be sorted by date desc, so the current will be always on top.
For the current guild quest, it would be very important to show the current members that complete the quest. Since the quest has a count in the 'Quests' view, I do not think it would be too hard to also display the actual name of the players that solved it.
This seems very important as time passes by for guilds, because we do not know who completes the guild quest and who not, and we have the quest idle for several days now. I admit, we have created our own internal guild quest status notification system, but if people do not want to use our internal system, we are left once again guessing.... and back to square 1.
As you can see, the ideas above are (point 1 is extremely) simple to implement. And because this is important for guild maintenance, I think it should really get a big thumbs up.
Best regards,
Radu
