Christmas in-game event (2011)

Shop Section will be disabled on the 10th of January.


How it works:

We will have a new resource in the game: Christmas presents!



These presents can be traded, and are displayed in the warehouse. You can find these presents by completing the daily quests and by sending out your Explorers on the treasure search.

The Christmas presents can be traded for our special Christmas items in the shop!

Keep your eyes out for a little present now and again in the mail!


New Quests: Christmas Quests!

There are 3 new daily quests for each of these level areas:

Level 10 to Level 17
• Saving of Christmas Eve
• Cozy Christmas Eve
• A new Shelter

Level 18 to Level 25
• Santa's little helper
• Mulled wine
• The Christmas bakery

Level 26 to Level 36
• Save the Christmas Feast
• A huge Christmas Tree
• The new Mantelshelf

Level 37 to Level 50
• Save the Christmas Feast
• Help for Mother Hulda
• Important Wood


New Christmas Adventure!

There will be two new Christmas adventures, one for Levels 26 till 35, and one for the Levels 36 till 50. These adventures will have a new adventure map, completely in Christmas style:



The bandit camps of these Christmas Adventures will have mixed enemies.


New Christmas decorations!

Normal Christmas Tree
A non- animated Christmas tree, you will receive this at the start of the event.



Animated Christmas Tree
A Christmas tree with animated fairy lights (60 Presents)



Snowman
A decorative snowman (30 Presents)




New Buffs

Christmas Feast
Increase the population production by 6 for 2 hours (50 presents)



The fermentation accelator
Increases the production of a brewerey by 4 for 24 hours (60 presents)




New Special Items: Mysteryboxes!

In the spirit of Christmas, we also are offering two Mysteryboxes in the Shop!

The first Mysterybox contains a random resource, deposit refill or a buff, including those from our previous events like the Easter and Halloween Event. (60 presents)

The second Mysterybox contains a random decoration item, including the elusive Dark castle, witch tower statues, and of course the Christmas decorations. (80 presents)


New Special Item: Recycling Factory!

Running out of coal? Not anymore! With this new building you will be able to produce coal without consuming any other resources. Coal in your stocking gets a different twist this Christmas. (240 presents)



This building will be limited to 1 during the event and then 3 after.

Price of mystery boxes changed to match real in game price.
The present name bug (coming up as Pumpkin) can't be changed until the maintenance in two weeks. Please ignore this and tell those who ask about it :')

Hello guys,

Don't forget that the event will finish this Thursday. If you're planning to get something from the "Christmas" selection in the shop it's now or never as it won't be available after the maintenance!

Whatever you have bought during the event will stay on your map or in your star menu and the Christmas adventure you have started should carry on.

OK, news

• The Christmas shop WILL be open one more week (so until Thursday 12/01).
• The Xmas adventures will stay in your star menus and can still be played.
• The presents will stay forever and can be traded or transformed into gold coins through the provisions house. Your explorer will no longer be able to find them as of tomorrow.
• When the new trade system comes out, you will be able to trade decorations but not delete them (some players had asked me that question).
• There will be no more daily quest for the moment as of tomorrow (for the moment)... So no more presents can be gained that way.

I hope you have fun exchanging all the decorations you have found!

Hi, i have the xmas adventure in my star menu, but i dont think i will have got army resouces up together for a few weeks, so my question is, if its in my star menu will i still be able to play the adventure in weeks or a months time ? cheers

The Xmas adventures will stay in your star menus and can still be played.

so yes, but im not sure if it can be played in a months time..
