valentines event started but no quests - refreshed. so what now?

Same here - opened the game after event start but no quests even after logging out and in again

Exactly the same here. Some in our Guild have the quests, utter shambles.......

logged off for 15 minutes, did the trick, quests kicked in

The Merchant Shop has the Valentine items, but still no quests.
