Allow us to see Geo/Exp skill tree during search

It would be quite a nice feature to be able to see how many books have been invested into a geologist (and ofc explorer), as well as having access to the skill tree while they are working. Just disable the ability to skill them while on search, make it a view-only feature. It would be really helpful during the early stages of the game when one is still producing books.

    Explorers too.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's

Numerous times i've wondered how are they exactly booked up, esp. in occasions when someone else asks you and you just sent them off a few minutes away, so annoying we can't see any info

I would LOVE to plan while my explorers/geologists are out, but you can't look at their skills. And as a side effect this has caused me several times to 'speed them' with gems, because the green tick is very misleading and there is no confirm of the gem spending.

Please make the interaction with the specialist more clear.
Sorry, but I've slept since then...

Well, if a player has upgraded all explorers/geologists he won't have to look at their skill tree because there is nothing more to skill. But when a player has still an unfinished skill tree (aka still producing books) (s)he probably would like to check how current skill trees look and what kind of books are needed next.

Right now, I'm writing this all down, but implementing this feature would make things a lot easier.
