Stop accidental upgrades - add a cancel/continue button

This has been my main gripe for a long time now, and lots of other players say the same. As you climb higher through the ranks and gain more and more of the valuable resources it becomes increasingly expensive to make this very common mistake - usually when switching production back on. It recently cost me 5000 gold coin to upgrade my barracks to level 4, and lose the use of it for a day. Now don't get me wrong, I've still got a level for barracks which means I train troops a bit faster, but that's not the point - on a computer an irreversible action is expected to have a cancel button, so why not for this.

P.S. I just "accidentally" upgraded a coking plant to level 4 for a mere 500 gc, bargain!

1) u ever log into staging/test server?
2) There is a dev diary suggesting it is worth looking if you don't
3) Yes the new interface has a pop up confirmation button so next week it will be solved
