Please, keep PVP totally away from anything new that this game thinks about introducing
The whole concept is flawed, has nothing to do with this game and is not wanted by most of the players.
Yes allow the current players to proceed and get a pretty island on their lake, but dont make the rest of us have to suffer this.

Sorry but it is a choice and therefore no problem at all.
that's the point - keep it optional and ensure certain quest chains are not introduced that require us to do the PvP. Ohh yes please - I would love to get rid of the pvp quests - I am never going to do them. I would also love to dismiss the marshalls
