units regenerating after assassin use

I have used assassin on the archipelgo island containing 1 tretrous theif 140 stone cannonr and 100 sword weilder. I have used about 4 in total as well as some Rain of Arrows the use removes 140 stone cannon instantly, when I then go to send attacks these are back within the next day (not sure how long) the assassins and RoA are removed from the star as well as star coins.

Hi Margo,
I experienced the same. Costs: 2 assassins and a few RoA. No screen dumps unfortunatly
