Global-11: Mandarin Chinese can't type chinese letters?

Dear BB:
When I saw this game I am so glad to find there is an chat channel for my mother tongue. But soon I found I can't type any Chinese letters on it.
I use mozilla firefox16.0.2 for ubuntu ,shockwave flash 11.2.202.0 . Do I use wrong browser? Which one can let me type my mother tongue in this game?

Pentory, go to Mozilla.org, and search for the Chinese character set, you probably have just the basic English characters for Firefox installed.

謝謝,Thank you , I will search the Mozilla.org , and hopefully will get this problem solved.

EDIT:I had install and set those Chinese fonts in Mozilla.org web on Firefox browser content one after one , but I can't type them on global-11 chat channel and player mail system in the game. I try stick them from notepad but fail.
I can type Chinese characters easy on forum ,browser command line , so I think maybe the game didn't accept the Chinese fonts.
It's a good game with a deficiency to me. Still encourage BB will developing full Chinese version games in the future.
