Mouse related issues

1. May be it's only me but - I'm almost never can click successfully on any building on a first try, it always does a little drag-n-drop. May be it's my sensitive mouse, but it happens only in TSO. I need to keep my hand really steady to click on anything. VERY annoying...
2. On first hover over a deposit it doesn't show the affecting skills, I need to move the mouse outside the deposit and back over it to see if I found a 'quick' copper for example...

Second issue is just an inconvenience, but the first one is REALLY driving me crazy...

I've noticed a few issues with scrolling using the left mouse button, wherever I stop it opens up the building. I thought it was my mouse, at first but it only happens on TSO.
