Something is still missing - side quest

Don't work,
I have 8 Dark Castle (one find after quest activating)', 11 Angle monument, merchant statue from The Dark brotherhood, and nothing happen.

I'm experiencing this problem as well. Dark castle and Angel statue are the only ones I have, but Dark castle should trigger this quest, right?

Probably must find another one epic decoration building or castle to trigger this quest.
It is not clear that we should find a new decoration.

I have heard that at the moment only getting the Angel Gate from Secluded Experiments completes the quest.

Correct, the Angel Gate is the only deco item that will complete this quest.
